Remortgage completion morning?
Hello,
I am getting the remortgage to raise the money against my house, the completion day is on 19th this Thursday, I already signed the action and sent it back to the solicitor.
Everyone who knows when the ridge will set up the direct debit because till now I have not see anything, could this causes any delay and from in a minute to the completion day, is there any luggage leads to delay as resourcefully?

A lot of the paper work isn't signed until you close the loan. You would sign the auto debit on that day and the payments will most plausible start next month. There are a few things that can delay the closing. If the bank/mortgage co. run a new title search, that can difficulty things if there are some things reported.
